Delivery times are for in stock products only, including engraved products.

signed for.
• Please be aware that Maltese public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.

RETURNS

We are sure that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 20 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Engraved pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

Goods purchased online may be refunded online only but may be returned to any 202 Jewellery, if accompanied with the original dispatch paperwork and packaging. Exchanges for online returns can be made at any of our emporium during the exchange time period.



Returning an item

If you wish to return an item, you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of the item until you return it. Earrings and other pierced items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or faulty. All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, within the cooling off period. Faulty items must be within their warranty period. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.

Please email admin@202trading.com if you would like to return your order. You will receive a reply within 48hours detailing the process that you will need to follow.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. We will use your originally method of payment used for refund. Y
ou will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty Items

If an item is received faulty or develops a fault (manufacturing fault) during its warranty period, please email us at admin@202trading.com, including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

Gold vermeil plated pieces will eventually fade with time. The nature of how the piece is worn and cared for can significantly affect the speed of fading. For this reason, the fading of Gold vermeil plated items is not considered as a manufacturing fault.


Exchanges

If you want a different item that is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order or exchange the product physically at any 202 Jewellery Emporium.

202 Trading does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages which do not reach us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by emailing admin@202trading.com.

You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number. If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated (if applicable) on the price of the items you keep. For example, if your order is for goods worth €150 and you then cancel an item worth €75, your order total will be below €99 and you will no longer qualify for free next day delivery.


Cooling off period

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. The cooling off period is 20 days, from receipt of goods, which includes any statutory cooling off period.

Return by post
1. Contact our Customer Services team by emailing admin@202trading.com.
2. When instructed by email, place the item into its original box and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your online receipt into the parcel.
3. The item must be sent by post (via registered post) to the address provide by reply email.
4. The item must be in its original condition, and package, we are only able to refund the person who purchased the item. The refund can only be made to the payment card used to place the order, or to any other method used to pay such as Paypal.
5. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only.
