Fully-Enclosed Sterile Earring Capsules

Our pre-sterilized earring capsules ensure the safest ear piercing possible by preventing the piercing earring and Safety Back™ from being exposed to possible contaminants prior to piercing.

Exclusive Inverness Safety Back™

Our exclusive Safety Back™ shields the sharp piercing tip and prevents the earring back from being squeezed too tight. This provides ample space and airflow while the piercing heals.

Style

Our piercing earrings are as unique as you are. Sparkling crystals. Bold designs. Brilliant cubic zirconia. Colorful flowers & butterflies. Timeless gold balls and classic gems.

All in a range of sizes & metal choices to match your look and your budget.

Substance

As beautiful as our earrings are, it’s how they are made that will give you true peace of mind. We use only the best materials available.

All of our piercing earrings are hypoallergenic and made with ultra-thin piercing posts & a finely-honed tip for the gentlest piercing possible.

Our Metals

Inverness piercing earrings come in a wide range of hypoallergenic metal choices including 18KT, 14KT & 10KT gold, 24KT gold plate, medical grade stainless steel, and medical grade titanium.*

All Inverness piercing earrings meet the most stringent global standards for nickel release requirements (European Union Nickel Release Directive No. 1907/2006, REACH Annex XVII).

Our medical grade titanium earrings are 100% nickel-free, providing maximum peace of mind for people with known nickel allergies.

Safety & Sterility

Inverness piercing earrings are packaged in sterile, tamper-resistant cassettes. Each individual earring & exclusive Inverness Safety Back™ are fully-enclosed in our sterile earring capsules to guard against exposure to potential contaminants prior to piercing.

Why do you say “gentle”?

Most people report they feel no discomfort at all when pierced with the Inverness System. Here’s why:

1. Unlike loud piercing guns that shoot a spring-loaded piercing earring through the tissue, our hand-pressured instrument is smooth and quiet.

2. Our system will pierce your ears and attach our exclusive Safety Back™ in one quick, smooth motion.

3. Our piercing earrings are specially-designed with ultra-thin piercing posts & a finely honed piercing tip to help the earrings glide through the lobe as easily as possible.

Is there a risk associated with the sharp tip of the piercing earring?

To provide you with as comfortable an ear piercing experience as possible, all Inverness piercing earrings are carefully crafted with a sharp tip. For your protection, each earring comes with our exclusive Safety Back™, designed to cover the sharp piercing tip. We recommend checking that your Safety Back is securely in place daily, ideally after cleaning your piercing and before bed.

How long does it take for an ear piercing to heal?

The average healing time is 6 weeks for an earlobe piercing and 12 weeks for a cartilage piercing. We recommend leaving your piercing earrings in and following your aftercare instructions for the entire healing period.

Do you have any ear piercing tips for babies & small children?

Consider selecting a location that is able to provide a Children service which means two associates to are available to pierce your child’s ears simultaneously.

The Inverness System is ideal for babies because it is extremely fast and quiet. Simultaneous piercings make the process even easier for children and their parents.
