*The 14/20 Gold is a 14K Gold-Filled chain. The 14 refers to the karat layer of precious metal that has been bonded to the base metal. The 1/20th indicates the ratio of karat gold to base metal by weight.
Will the Welded Jewellery set off Alarms?
No. The material used is not magnetic and so it won't set off any alarms, making it fully Airport Security Safe.
Can welded jewellery be removed ?
Even though our welds are safe and can be worn at all times (including medical and travel scans) you can remove with scissors if you wish to remove.
You can have this re-welded at the Studio again if you wish to do so.
Can a weld be done without appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, however booking an appointment will save you from a potential long waiting time as the slot will be reserved for you.
Can a Weld be returned ?
As this is a bespoke product, made to measure and cut permanently, we do not accept returns on the product.
Your Warranty rights remain equal as we cover any manufacturing or fixing issues.
